General Information
Where is The Hall Tallahassee?
Our permanent location is under construction located at 825 Railroad Ave, Tallahassee, FL 32310 and 809 Saint Michael St, Tallahassee, FL 32310. We will be opening Fall 2026!
Where is The Hall Tallahassee leasing office?
Our temporary leasing office is located in suite 2 at 600 W Gaines St, Tallahassee, FL 32304.
What are The Hall Tallahassee office hours?
The Hall Tallahassee’s leasing office is open Monday through Friday, 10 am to 7 pm, Saturday 10 am to 5 pm, and Sunday 1 pm to 5 pm.
Lease Terms & Installments
How long of a lease can I sign?
At The Hall Tallahassee, we offer 12-month lease installments. We do not currently offer shorter lease terms.
What is an installment?
Your contract is based on a total amount that is divided into 12 equal installments for your convenience. Your first installment will be due on or before August 1, 2026, depending on your lease term. The last installment will be due on July 1, 2027 unless you choose to renew and stay at The Hall Tallahassee for another year.
What’s Included
What is included in my installment?
Your installment includes: Premium Wi-Fi Internet, fully furnished units, full-size in unit washer & dryer, 55” 4K smart TV, water, sewer, and pest control services, plus access to The Hall Tallahassee’s on site amenities and attentive staff.
What is not included in my installment?
The following items are not included in your installment:
- Mitigated Risk Property Insurance: Mitigated Risk Property Insurance is required for all residents at The Hall Tallahassee. Residents may be provided their own third-party insurance to be contracted directly or may opt-in to The Hall Tallahassee’s landlord-provided rental insurance, which is $13/ month. You will be automatically enrolled for our Mitigated Risk Property Insurance unless you provide proof of third-party insurance that meets our requirements as described in your lease.
- Utilities: Electricity are sub-metered and will be billed monthly.
Are the apartments furnished?
The Hall Tallahassee’s apartments come fully furnished with a premium furniture package that is built into the rental rate.
